Opportunity: Provision of Sports Flooring

UKEL is looking to procure the required sport flooring across two events, the Inclusive Sport & Culture Festival and the IWBF European Wheelchair Basketball Championships, both taking place in Liverpool in 2027.
This procurement has been purposefully broken into 3 ‘Lots’:
Lot 1: Boccia
Lot 2: Wheelchair Rugby and Boccia underfloor
Lot 3: Wheelchair Basketball Competition & Training/Warm Up Courts
It is hoped to procure a single provider that can provide all the requirements of all 3 ‘Lots’ but it is also understood that this may not be feasible owing to prospective provider’s product range, experience or knowledge. Therefore, UKEL are open to proposals from suppliers that only cover one or more ‘Lots’.
Using the supplier’s industry knowledge, as part of the tender, UKEL welcomes feedback and recommendations on innovative sport flooring solutions that will work effectively across both events, with a particular interest in sustainable travel and efficient delivery.
